Big in Japan

One of the few remaining white spots on my personal “travel-globe” is just about being taken under the wheels of my BMW F 800: Japan

To say it upfront: A report like this one will not even get close to describing the amount of impressions a middle-European brain is facing over here. It’s all just so different. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, never really annoying but mostly: always exciting.

Japan is definitely worth a trip. Be it for the adventure of dining out, riding the metro during rush-hours, shopping electronic-gizmos, seeing the MotoGP at Motegi, Karaoke-battles or simply riding Streetbike-Freestyle.

The feedback on my Shows so far has been some sort of different, too. At first I thought “they’re just looking”, but once the ice has been melted by interacting a little with the crowd, the spectators woke up and were really delighted. No matter of male or female, young or old: The respect I earned in a rather subtle way, has been huge. Riding here is great fun.

Here is a first selection of pictures … more to come soon …
